1. Acceptance of Terms:

By using our services (including telehealth, in-home care, and membership plans), you agree to these terms.

2. Services Offered:

• Direct-pay, concierge medical services

• Not a substitute for emergency care

• Not covered by insurance, Medicare, or Medicaid

• Scope limited to what is appropriate and licensable via telehealth and in-home practice in Colorado

3. Eligibility:

• Must be 18+ to register independently

• Must be a resident of Colorado and located within our service area

4. Memberships & Payments:

• Memberships are billed monthly unless otherwise stated

• Cancel anytime with 10-day notice

• No refunds for unused services

• You are responsible for all fees at time of service

5. Medical Disclaimer:

• Information provided is not a replacement for in-person emergency care

• Services are delivered at provider discretion; we may refer out or decline services outside our scope or comfort

6. Technology Use:

• Services are delivered using platforms like OptiMantra, which are HIPAA-compliant

• You are responsible for having access to necessary devices and internet

7. Limitation of Liability:

• PulseDrip Wellness is not liable for delays, third-party service interruptions, or misuse of medical advice when instructions are not followed

8. Changes to Terms:

• We may update these terms; continued use implies agreement
